Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) Family Services
An alternative dispute resolution may help you reach an agreement on parenting arrangements including divorce maintenance disputes without going to court.
The Family Mediation Scheme is developed by the Singapore Mediation Centre to help parties involved in matrimonial cases resolve such disputes amicably, and in a faster and cheaper manner.
Mediation can assist couples who are going through divorce or separation resolve complicated issues more effectively. Such issues may include child custody, spousal maintenance, division of family assets and other financial matters arising from the breakdown of the relationship.
