Thank you for your interest in joining the MSF Fostering Scheme!

The entire application and assessment process takes about three months. The step-by-step guide below provides an overview of the fostering application and assessment process.

1. Submission of Application Forms

There are two ways you can submit an application: 

(a) Apply Online via this link here

  • Login as a single person via Singpass
  • Click "I want to apply to be a foster parent"
  • Select "Foster Parent" and "Individual Volunteer"
  • Complete your application form and submit your supporting documents

 

2. Submit Required Documents via Email 

Please download this application form. You can send the completed form to fostering@msf.gov.sg.

We will get in touch with you within 3 working days of receiving your application form.
