Helping parents provide guidance and discipline as well as instilling values in youths.
Parenting programmes help parents
understand the process of raising a child so they can become more effective parents and nurture stronger relationships.
MSF coordinates parenting programmes organised by:
- Family Service Centres
- Voluntary Welfare Organisations
- grassroots organisations
- community clubs
MSF also supports these programmes in terms of funding, publicity, resource materials and speakers.

Student Care Centres (SCCs)
Licensed and regulated by MSF, SCCs provide care and supervision of school-going children aged
7 (Primary 1) to 14 years (Secondary 2) while their parents are at work.
Through homework guidance, play and enrichment activities, SCCs aim to foster physical, intellectual, emotional, social and moral development in children.
