What We Do

Our key responsibilities include:

Communications & Engagement:

  • Sharing the different ways MSF joins hands with Singaporeans to build resilient individuals, strong families and a caring society
  • Providing digital touch points that make it easier for citizens to access our policies, programmes and services
  • Coordinating partnership and engagement efforts to build greater trust and collaboration between MSF, our citizens, and our community volunteers/partners

Customer Relations:

  • Building a service culture that delivers positive customer experiences
  • Listening to customers' feedback to better our people, policies, systems and processes
  • Training and motivating staff to serve customers well
