What We Do

Our key responsibilities include:


Customer Relations:

  • Building a service culture that delivers positive customer experiences
  • Providing digital touch points that makes it easier for customers to access our services
  • Listening to customers' feedback to better our people, policies, systems and processes
  • Training and motivating staff to serve customers well

International Relations:

  • Advancing and protecting Singapore's socio-cultural and social governance interests
  • Working with ASEAN Member States to pursue regional objectives
  • Hosting visits of foreign dignitaries
  • Providing staff training in international relations
