Finance and Facilities Division

We are responsible for the financial matters, procurement management, general administration and internal audits.

Our Branches/Units

There are 3 branches/units under our division.

The Administration Branch

Our branch provides quality administrative and registry services to create:

  • a conducive work environment
  • effective office administration support
  • enhanced building security and fire safety

The Finance Branch

Our branch provides financial stewardship and partnership as well as procurement guidance and support by:

  • optimising resource allocation and management
  • providing professional and responsive advice
  • delivering sound financial administration
  • maintaining internal controls and system integrity
  • applying best procurement practices

The Internal Audit Unit

Our unit carries out independent audits of the divisions in the Ministry. We help the Audit Committee and management evaluate and promote good internal controls.
