Our divisions are responsible for the main functions of the organisation. We provide quality and professional support, and strive for organisational excellence with all the other divisions.

  • We communicate the Ministry’s policies and programmes, raise the profile of the Ministry internationally, and take care of the Ministry’s communications materials and channels.
  • We are responsible for the financial matters, procurement management, general administration and internal audits.
  • As trusted adviser and strategic partner to other divisions in HR matters, we strive to achieve the Ministry's vision to be "an employer of choice"
  • We drive Infocomm Technology (ICT) initiatives to transform the Ministry into a learning organisation with ICT-savvy officers delivering e-services that delight our customers.
  • Driving the strategic planning process, conducting research to shape policies and developing the Ministry are our responsibilities.
