There are 3 branches under our Division.
1. Office of the Public Guardian As the Office of the Public Guardian, we enable and provide safeguards to protect persons who lack mental capacity.
2. Tribunal for the Maintenance of Parents Provides a legal recourse for elderly parents to seek maintenance from their children when they are unable to support themselves adequately.
3. Commissioner of the Maintenance of Parents The Commissioner helps parents who are unable to maintain themselves adequately get support from their children through conciliation.
