MSF Recurrent and Capital Funds

We fund the operations and facilities of community-based and residential services for the elderly, people with disabilities, families in need and youth.

The funding covers:

  • recurrent expenses such as operating costs to deliver the services
  • capital expenditure for facilities, including construction, renovation, purchase of furniture and equipment and cyclical maintenance costs 

Who can receive the funding? 

Voluntary welfare organisations (VWOs) appointed by MSF to deliver the programmes. 

Examples of programmes funded include Family Service Centres, Senior Activity Centres, Homes, Hostels, and Day Activity Centres. 

The funding is not open for application.
