What is it?
We believe that internships are an integral part of talent attraction. The MSF Student Internship Programme, which typically spans over a period of eight weeks, aims to attract high calibre candidates with passion and heart for the people. It is a programme for highly-motivated students like you, to gain real life working experience and get a taste of our working culture.
What will I expect?
During the internship, you will be exposed to a challenging research project and a series of activities (learning journey and dialogue with senior management), under the guidance of our experienced supervisors. We believe you will benefit from the diversity of opportunities we have in the MSF family.
When does this take place?
We offer eight-week structured internships in the following periods of the year:
1) January – March
2) May – July
Depending on the project requirements and availability of the intern, the internship duration may exceed 8 weeks (capped at 12 weeks).
The periods indicated above serve as a general guide. Internships can also commence earlier or later than the stipulated months.
Who can join?
We are open to students from all disciplines of study with strong passion and belief in our MSF mission.
How to apply?
There are three parts to the application process:
If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an interview.
The interview session is a great opportunity for you to understand more about MSF, and also a time for us to discover your strengths and potential.
You will be assessed according to the suitability of your skills and knowledge to the project you applied for, as well as your organisational fit. You will receive an email confirmation only if you have been selected to our programme.
