Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Social and Family Development for each year in the past four years, what are the average and median numbers of (i) group 2 cases (ii) group 3 cases and (iii) group 4 cases based on assessed risk and complexity under the FSC-Code of Social Work Practice, respectively, that are handled by a social worker.

Answer

From FY2020 to FY2023, the average and median number of cases in each Code of Social Work Practice grouping managed by an FSC social worker is detailed in Table 1.
