MSF Customer Survey 2026
The Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) is conducting a survey to better understand your experience with our services.
MSF has appointed Media Research Consultants Pte Ltd (MRC) to conduct the survey on our behalf from 5 Nov to 31 Dec 2026. Singapore residents who have been selected for this survey will receive an SMS or physical notification letter from MSF.
If you are selected, you may receive an SMS from MSF inviting you to complete the survey online, or a call from an MRC interviewer to conduct the survey. The interviewer will never ask for payment or bank details.
Participation in the survey is voluntary. Your feedback will help us improve our service. All information provided will be kept strictly confidential. Those who complete the survey will receive a token of appreciation.

Study of Public Attitudes towards Persons with Disabilities 2026
The Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) is conducting a survey to better understand public attitudes towards persons with disabilities. The findings will help inform our future initiatives towards building a more inclusive society.
MSF has appointed Media Research Consultants Pte Ltd (MRC) to carry out the survey. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents who have been selected for this survey will receive a mailed notification letter from MSF. An MRC interviewer will visit your home to conduct a face-to-face survey between May 2026 to July 2026.
Participation in the study is voluntary. Nonetheless, your views will provide valuable insights to us and will help inform government policymaking. All information provided will be kept strictly confidential. A token of appreciation is available upon completion of the survey.
