Mr Sim Gim Guan (Chairman)

Mr Sim was the Executive Director of Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) from June 2020 to November 2024. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Officer of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), and Deputy Secretary at the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts. Mr Sim also served in the Republic of Singapore Navy for more than 20 years.
