Services for Approved Institutions

Make a CDA Refund

To access this service, log in via Singpass.

This service will allow Approved Persons (APs) to process refunds to Child Development Accounts (CDAs).

This service will take approximately 3 minutes to complete. You are highly encouraged to read more about the service below before accessing the service.

When to Use

  • Over-deduction of CDA funds
  • Returning deposits paid from CDA

What You'll Need

  • Child's (CDA holder) Birth Certificate number
  • No document upload required

Processing Details

  • Processing time: 2 weeks

First-Time Users

Must complete one-time Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA):

  1. Download DDA form from AI Portal
  2. Mail completed form to:
    Ministry of Social and Family Development 
    Family Life Group (Baby Bonus)
    3, Bishan Place
    #04-00, CPF Bishan Building
    Singapore 579838

Please note that only original signed hardcopy DDA forms will be sent to the banks for verification and processing. A digitally signed, photocopied or scanned copy of the DDA form will not be accepted.

 Important Notes

  • Refund must be made within one month of agreement between CDA trustee and AI
