Community Capability Trust

The Community Capability Trust (CCT) is a long-term fund to drive capability and capacity-building within the social service sector. It is seeded by upfront capital from the Government, Tote Board, and NCSS, and further supported by dollar-for-dollar matching of funds raised by ComChest — providing the sector with up to $480 million over 10 years. 

Through its schemes and initiatives administered by the National Council of Social Service, the CCT was set up to strengthen the capabilities and capacities of SSAs, so that they can deliver better service outcomes to their users and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of social services.

One of the key schemes under CCT is the Transformation Sustainability Scheme (TSS), which supports capability building efforts across key areas of people practices, volunteer management, and digitalisation.
