Professional Capability Grant (PCG)

The Professional Capability Grant (PCG), administered by the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), provides funding support to Social Service Agencies (SSAs) and social service professionals to attract, develop, and retain talent in the sector.

The Grant comprises the following schemes: 
•    Scholarships and Study Awards
•    Career Conversion Programmes
•    Professional Development Sponsorships
•    Short-term Training Courses
•    Leadership Development Grants
•    Sabbatical Leave Scheme
•    Open Grant for initiatives that raise professional capability, including clinical supervision efforts.
