The Skills Framework for Social Service provides information on the social service sector, career pathways, occupations and job roles, existing and emerging skills, as well as training programmes for skills upgrading and mastery.
It is jointly developed by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), Workforce Singapore (WSG), the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), with industry associations as well as training providers and organisations.
