Administration of Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA) subsidies

You may get requests from parents for fee subsidies, and this may be a deciding factor on whether they decide to enrol their child in your SCC. You will first need to be registered with the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) as a SCFA Administrator before you can offer this fee subsidy.

Requirements to be an SCFA Administrator

Centres registered with MSF have to meet a set of requirements on areas such as physical environment, health, safety, supervision and structured programming. They will also be audited to ensure that they continue to do so.
