The Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) has launched the Youth Social Entrepreneurship Programme for Start-Ups (YSEP Start-Ups) with an annual budget of $250,000 to fund youths between 18 and 35 years to develop social enterprise start-ups in the social service sector.
