Youth GO! Programme
A community-based outreach programme for youths aged 12-21 who are out of school and not working. The programme focuses on youths and their families and aims to coordinate assistance and services at the community level.
Enhanced STEP-UP
ESU is a support programme provided by Integrated Service Providers for students at risk of dropping out of school and youth who are out of school.

Obligations under the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child
The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) is a treaty which comprehensively provides for the rights of children. It sets out the standards on the provisions of healthcare, education, legal and social services for children. Singapore acceded to UNCRC in October 1995.
Family Guidance Order
A Family Guidance Order is issued to children or young persons who are below 16 years of age and below 16 years of age and display serious behavioural challenges. They are not offenders, but their behaviour may be serious enough that parents might apply for the Youth Court's assistance.
