    Cinta Abadi… Marriage of a Lifetime marriage preparation programme sets the stage for soon-to-wed couples to learn and discover more about themselves and their partners. Through a variety of interactive activities, you will think through issues in a marriage and learn about effective communication and managing expectations and challenges in marriage.
  • Triage System

    The triage system aims to assist in the early identification and diversion of youth offenders from the criminal justice system for upstream work.
  • UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD)

    ​The United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD) is a comprehensive convention to promote, protect and ensure the full and equal enjoyment of all human rights and fundamental freedoms by all persons with disabilities, and to promote respect for their inherent dignity. Singapore acceded to the Convention on 18 July 2013.

    ​MSF provides funding for public education programmes that aim to empower families facing multiple stresses
  • Youth-At-Risk Engagement (YARE) Framework

    ​An early intervention framework to support youth-at-risk (YAR) using evidence-based or evidence-informed services and/or programmes. 
  • Sports and Arts (SPAR) Framework

    ​A framework developed to focus on pedagogy and curriculum development, training and capability building of professionals in the use of sports and arts. 
  • Children and Young Persons Homes

    There are 21 Children and Young Persons Homes providing residential care programmes for children and young persons in Singapore.
  • Volunteer with Children in Care

    MSF provides on-going support and monitoring of children who have been abused or neglected by their families. Besides looking into the needs of the children, MSF also works with their families to help them manage their problems at home.
