Comlink+

ComLink+ embodies how MSF is going beyond providing social assistance for basic needs to empowering families to achieve their aspirations over the longer-term. 

Today, ComLink+ supports around 10,000 families. Since Mar 2024, MSF has expanded support to families not in public rental housing that are eligible for KidSTART programme or have school-going children at risk of long-term absenteeism.

Under ComLink+:

1. Family coaches and volunteer befrienders journey with ComLink+ families over the long term on customised action plans to meet their needs and achieve their aspirations; 
   
   
2. The Government and the community work together to provide Comprehensive, Convenient, and Coordinated (3C) support; and
   
   
3. The Government and community give additional support over the longer-term to ComLink+ families that do their part to secure a better future.
   
   

Partnering the Community

Building a caring and inclusive society requires a whole-of-society effort. ComLink+ is an example of social compact in action, where Government, community agencies, volunteers and  corporate partners collaborate to create more sustained social impact to empower families by going beyond contributions of money to galvanising support and providing skills-based support.
