About Student Care Centres (SCCs)

SCCs provide care and supervision to school-going children outside of school hours. These SCCs are run by commercial companies or Social Service Agencies.

SCCs can either be in your child’s school or within your community.

Services

All SCCs provide meals and homework supervision. Each SCC also has the flexibility to provide programmes that best cater to their students' needs (e.g. academic support, character development programmes, enrichment/recreational activities).

Register as a Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA) Administrator

MSF provides fee subsidies to eligible children enrolled in an SCC. SCCs will need to meet a set of requirements and be registered with MSF as an SCFA Administrator before the SCFA fee subsidy can be offered to eligible children.
