Baby Bonus Scheme
The new SG Child Support Package announced at the 2026 National Day Rally will replace the Baby Bonus Scheme and Large Families Scheme.
Children who are currently on the Baby Bonus Scheme will be automatically transitioned to the new Package. Learn more about the new SG Child Support Package.
The Baby Bonus Scheme supports parents by helping to lighten the costs of raising children through Baby Bonus Cash Gift and Child Development Account (CDA) benefits.
Baby Bonus Scheme Benefits
The current scheme for Singapore Citizen children whose date of birth is on or after 18 Feb 2025, is as follows:

For Approved Institutions (AIs)
A Baby Bonus Approved Institution (AI) is an organisation that can accept Child Development Account (CDA) payment for Baby Bonus-approved uses via GIRO or NETS under the Baby Bonus scheme.
