Development Support and Learning Support

From 1 July 2019, the Ministry of Social and Family Development will be progressively rolling out more customised Early Intervention (EI) services. Services will also be made more affordable. Fee changes to the Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children (EIPIC), Development Support (DS) and Learning Support (LS) programmes will take effect from 1 April 2019. For more information, please click here.

The DS and LS programmes support children with mild developmental needs, to prepare them for entry into mainstream primary schools. DS and LS are currently available in Anchor-Operator pre-schools such as My First Skool from NTUC First Campus and Sparkletots from PAP Community Foundation (PCF).
