We fund the operations and facilities of community-based and residential services for persons with disabilities, families and individuals in need, children and young persons, and the elderly. 

Social Service Agencies appointed by MSF to operate programmes will receive funding for:

• expenditure on manpower and other recurrent operating costs of delivering the services
• capital expenditure for facilities, including construction, renovation, purchase of furniture and equipment

Examples of programmes include Family Service Centres, Adult Disability Homes and Family Violence Specialist Centres. ​​
