The Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children programme (EIPIC) provides developmental and therapy services for infants and young children at risk of moderate to severe developmental delays.

Integrated Child Care Programme (ICCP)
The Intergrated Child Care Programme (ICCP) enables children with mild to moderate developmental needs (aged 2-6) to attend, learn and play with their peers at the Child Care Centres.
