Temporary closure of E-bridge Preschool at 140 Corporation Drive

A child at E-Bridge Preschool Pte Ltd at 140, Corporation Drive, Singapore 610140 (“the Centre”) has tested positive for COVID-19. The child was last in the Centre on Tuesday, 7 April 2020. The child’s family member tested positive for COVID-19 on 8 April 2020 and the child was placed on quarantine thereafter.

2.          As a precautionary measure, ECDA has directed that the Centre be temporarily closed from 14 April 2020 to 21 April 2020. This covers the 14-day incubation period as the child was last in the Centre on 7 April 2020.

3.          In addition, all affected staff and children will be placed on a Leave of Absence during the closure period. Barring any new developments, the Centre will resume limited service provision on Wednesday, 22 April 2020, to serve the group of parents who are working in essential services and are unable to extend their alternative care arrangements beyond the closure period. Contact tracing is ongoing.
