Integrated Service Providers (ISP)
MSF has appointed *ten Social Service Agencies as Integrated Service Providers (ISPs) to run a suite of MSF-funded programmes for at-risk youths and youth offenders below 21 years of age. Each ISP runs three core programmes and at least one specialised programme:
*9 ISPs were appointed in Apr 2018. The 10th ISP was appointed in Apr 2022.
Core Programmes
1) Enhanced STEP-UP
2) Triage System
3) Guidance Programme
Specialised Programmes
1) Youth Enhanced Supervision (YES) Scheme
2) Streetwise Programme
3) Enhanced Streetwise Programme
4) Theft Intervention Programme
The aims of consolidating these services are to:
a) Provide a more coordinated approach in the delivery of these programmes
b) Streamline processes to ensure consistency in service delivery
c) Focus resources to build capabilities and competencies of the sector
The ISPs are also geographically distributed alongside MSF’s Social Service Offices’ regions to foster stronger networks in the community.
