Special Marriage Licence

MSF processes Special Marriage Licence applications for the marriage of persons under the age of 18 years, with parental consent. To ensure that young couples have given thorough thought on their readiness for the marriage and its full implications, applicants are required to undergo a marriage preparation programme, interviewed and assessed for their suitability for marriage.
