Eligible Businesses and Institutions

Any person who operates a business or institution under select categories is eligible to apply for participation in the scheme as an Approved Person (AP) and Approved Institution (AI).

If you are eligible and interested in becoming a Baby Bonus AI and AP, you can apply on the AI Portal.

No payment to MSF is required to join as a Baby Bonus AI and AP.

Verify the identity of the CDA trustee

APs must verify that withdrawals from the Child Development Account (CDA) are made by the CDA trustee for the benefit of the member or their siblings.

Ensure proper use of funds

Ensure proper use of CDA funds

APs must ensure that withdrawal of CDA funds are made for approved services or purchases only.

Maintain records

Maintain CDA transaction records

APs must maintain CDA payment records for 3 years from the date of each transaction.
