Children and Early Intervention Services

Topic(s): Disability Services, Children & Families

From 1 July 2019, the Ministry of Social and Family Development will be progressively rolling out more customised Early Intervention (EI) services. Services will also be made more affordable. Fee changes to the Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children (EIPIC), Development Support (DS) and Learning Support (LS) programmes will take effect from 1 April 2019. For more information, please click here.

For children at risk of developing moderate to severe developmental needs, EIPIC provides social, educational and therapy services. The child’s progress is monitored through an individual education plan developed jointly with parents.
