The Social Service Industry Manpower Plan is a collaborative effort developed by MSF and NCSS in consultation with social service organisations and union representatives. The 5-year plan (2017 to 2021) aims to address organisational and manpower challenges in the sector by:
- Placing greater focus on service standards and outcomes
- Doing more to optimise use of resources
- Improving people management and development
