Privately owned centres located in private or commercial premises can be sold to another party like any other business deal. However, it is the responsibility of buyers and sellers to ensure that there is continuity of care for the young children enrolled in their centres.

Both parties should consider this aspect before making decisions regarding the handover of the centres and make sure that the quality of care provided is not compromised.
