Our Council Members

Mr Soh is the Principal & CEO of Singapore Polytechnic. He was previously Commissioner of Prisons and served in the Home Team for more than 30 years. He introduced key initiatives to improve inmates’ reintegration into society and was responsible for launching the Yellow Ribbon Community Project and setting up the Community Rehabilitation Centre. He is also the Chairman of Prison Fellowship Singapore.
