Ms Joy Ong has worked with children, youths, adults and families for more than 16 years in both clinical and community settings. She specialises in mental health counselling and is the receipient of the Best Services and Clinical Intervention Award from the International Association for Youth Mental Health. Ms Ong is also a Certified Gambling Addiction Counsellor and has served on NCPG’s Panel of Assessors since 2014, helping to hear casino exclusion cases to protect gamblers and their families from the harm of problem gambling.
