Mr Wong was previously the Chairman of Republic Polytechnic's Board of Governors, a member of the Charity Council from 2015 to 2020 and a board member of the Casino Regulatory Authority from 2008 to 2020. He currently serves as a director on the board of the Papua New Guinea Sustainable Development Programme. He was previously a partner with Ernst & Young and a senior officer in the RSAF
