Special Marriage License
MSF processes Special Marriage Licence applications for the marriage of persons under the age of 18 years. To ensure that young couples have given thorough thought to the notion of marriage, applicants are interviewed and assessed for their suitability for marriage.

MSF Youth Homes: New Admissions
The MSF Youth Homes (i.e. Singapore Boys’ Home and Singapore Girls’ Home) function as a Place of Detention and a Juvenile Rehabilitation Centre for youths who are in conflict with the law, as well as a Place of Safety for youths who are beyond parental control or in need of care and protection.
Volunteers with the Rehabilitation and Protection Group (RPG) of MSF
Volunteers with the Rehabilitation and Protection Group (RPG) of MSF work closely with youth offenders and young children who have been abused and neglected by their families. They act as befrienders and mentors, giving guidance and support to their charges.
