Probation: Other Courts Referrals

MSF’s Probation and Community Rehabilitation Service (PCRS) runs a community-based offender rehabilitation programme that aims to bring about positive changes in offenders through targeted interventions and the participation of the individual and his/her family. While probationers may continue with most of their day-to-day activities, they are required to comply with the conditions stipulated by the Court. For example, the Court may order some probationers to serve their Probation Order in a residential facility.
