Probation: Other Courts Referrals

Probation is a  community-based rehabilitation programme that aims to bring about positive changes in offenders through targeted interventions and working with the families.

Probationers may continue with most of their day-to-day activities, but are required to comply with certain conditions as stipulated by the Court.
