How to Adopt a Child in Singapore

All applicants are required to undergo a (a) Pre-Adoption Briefing and (b) a briefing on disclosure of adoptive status under ACA 2022.


Pre-Adoption Briefing

The briefing will cover topics such as the criteria and legal implications of adopting a child in Singapore, information on the adoption process and how to better prepare yourself for the adoption journey. You can choose to attend a briefing in a language of your choice.
