How To Respond To A Notice Of Variation

If the parent (the “Applicant”) or the child (the “Respondent”) applies to change the Maintenance Order made earlier, a Notice of Application will be sent to all affected parties.

Both parent and child may within 14 days from the Notice of Variation application file an answer with the Secretary.
