About the Speaker

Mr Phua Chun Yat has been actively involved in the social service sector over the last 10 years. He has worked in the children and youth, disability and family sectors in MSF, NCSS and in VWOs. He is currently the Head of Planning and Organisation Development in AMKFSC Community Services Ltd. He is also on the NCSS Sun Ray scheme which aims to develop the career pathways of professionals and leaders in the social service sector.

Chun Yat holds a B.Soc.Sci (Social Work) (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and a M.Sc (Social Policy and Planning) from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
