Oct 2025

Punggol Shore Community Emergency and Engagement (C2E) Committee's Emergency Preparedness Carnival

The event focused on raising awareness about emergency preparedness, personal and family safety, as well as broader social and public health issues.

The Respect Safety in Relationships (RSR) booth promoted the message that respect and safety are everyone’s responsibility, offering an interactive experience with activities and giveaways. Approximately 150 participants engaged with our facilitators, playing the plinko board game. The facilitators also provided information about available helplines and support services, while distributing domestic violence awareness brochures, stickers, and photo frames.

The National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) booth was also present to raise awareness about problem gambling. Participants learned when gambling crosses the line into a problem and how they can seek help: NCPG | How to find help for problem gambling?
