Be wary of scams or phishing attempts (e.g. fake website on MSF Services). From 1 July 2024, government SMSes will be sent from a single Sender ID “gov.sg”. MSF will never ask you to send money, give us your credit card information, or One-Time Passwords (OTP). Learn more from our scam advisory.

Assisted Deputyship Application Programme (ADAP)

ADAP helps parents of graduating cohorts in Special Education (SPED) schools apply to Court to be deputies for their child, so that they can continue to make legal decisions for their child after he or she turns 21.

The combination of template forms, psychologist reports and legal assistance reduces the cost and simplifies the application process for parents.
